আদালত প্রতিনিধিঃ আদালতের মাধ্যমে জমির রেকর্ড বা খতিয়ানের সংশোধন
জমির খতিয়ানে ভুল হলে, সেটি সংশোধন করার একটি উপায় হলো আদালতের মাধ্যমে সংশোধনের আবেদন করা। আদালতের মাধ্যমে জমির রেকর্ড বা খতিয়ানের সংশোধন করতে হলে কিছু নির্দিষ্ট ধাপ অনুসরণ করতে হয়। এখানে প্রতিটি ধাপ বিস্তারিতভাবে উল্লেখ করা হলো:
★ধাপ ১: প্রস্তুতি
প্রয়োজনীয় নথিপত্র সংগ্রহ করুন:
জমির মূল দলিল: জমির মালিকানার প্রমাণ হিসেবে।
সর্বশেষ নামজারি ও জমাভাগ/জমা একত্রিকরণের খতিয়ান: বর্তমান রেকর্ডের প্রমাণ।
হালনাগাদ ভূমি উন্নয়ন কর পরিশোধের
দাখিলা: প্রমাণ হিসেবে যে আপনি নির্দিষ্ট জমির খাজনা পরিশোধ করেছেন।
আদালতের রায়/আদেশ/ডিক্রি: যদি পূর্বে কোনো মামলা হয় থাকে, তার রায়/আদেশ।
জাতীয় পরিচয় পত্রের ফটোকপি: আবেদনকারীর পরিচয় প্রমাণ।
প্রয়োজনীয় প্রমাণপত্র: যা খতিয়ানের ভুল প্রমাণ করে।
ধাপ ২: আদালতে আবেদন দাখিল
আদালতে মামলা দায়ের করুন:
একটি আবেদনপত্র প্রস্তুত করুন যেখানে আপনার দাবি উল্লেখ করুন।
প্রয়োজনীয় নথি এবং প্রমাণপত্র সংযুক্ত করুন।
আদালতে মামলা দায়েরের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় ফি প্রদান করুন।
আদালতের নথিপত্রে আপনার আবেদন নিবন্ধিত হবে এবং একটি মামলা নম্বর প্রদান করা হবে।
ধাপ ৩: শুনানি
শুনানির জন্য প্রস্তুতি নিন:
আদালতে শুনানির দিন ধার্য হবে এবং আদালত থেকে নোটিশ পাঠানো হবে।
আপনার আইনজীবী সঙ্গে সব প্রমাণপত্র এবং নথি নিয়ে শুনানিতে উপস্থিত হন।
আদালতে আপনার বক্তব্য উপস্থাপন করুন এবং সমস্ত প্রশ্নের উত্তর দিন।
স্বাক্ষী ও প্রমাণ উপস্থাপন:
প্রয়োজন হলে স্বাক্ষী নিয়ে আসুন যারা আপনার দাবির পক্ষে সাক্ষ্য দেবে।
আদালতে সমস্ত প্রমাণ উপস্থাপন করুন যা খতিয়ানের ভুল প্রমাণ করে।
ধাপ ৪: আদালতের আদেশ
আদালতের রায় প্রাপ্তি:
আদালত সমস্ত প্রমাণ এবং যুক্তি পর্যালোচনা করে রায় প্রদান করবে।
যদি আদালত আপনার পক্ষে রায় দেন, তাহলে সংশ্লিষ্ট জমির রেকর্ড বা খতিয়ান সংশোধনের আদেশ দেবেন।
ধাপ ৫: সংশোধিত রেকর্ড সংগ্রহ
সংশোধিত রেকর্ড সংগ্রহ করুন:
আদালতের আদেশ নিয়ে সংশ্লিষ্ট ভূমি অফিসে যান।
প্রয়োজনীয় ফি প্রদান করুন এবং সংশোধিত খতিয়ানের কপি সংগ্রহ করুন।
সংশোধিত রেকর্ডে আপনার নাম ও অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য সঠিকভাবে লিপিবদ্ধ হয়েছে কিনা তা যাচাই করুন।
